Day 01 :

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Welcome to Kathmandu, the vibrant capital of Nepal. Upon arrival, you will check in to your hotel and have time to relax after your journey. Take the opportunity to explore the bustling streets of Thamel or prepare for your upcoming adventure.

Day 02 :

Drive from Kathmandu to Thamdanda (2,326m)

Embark on a long yet scenic drive to Thamdanda, lasting 13-14 hours. The journey takes you through winding mountain roads, lush greenery, and local villages, providing a glimpse of Nepal’s rural landscapes. Thamdanda serves as the starting point of your trek.

Day 03 :

Trek from Thamdanda (2,326m) to Phakding (2,640m)

Your trek begins with a 7-8 hour hike to Phakding. The trail winds through lush forests, terraced fields, and small Sherpa villages. Phakding, a picturesque settlement along the Dudh Koshi River, offers a warm welcome to trekkers.

Day 04 :

Trek from Phakding (2,640m) to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

A 5-6 hour trek takes you to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Everest region. Cross suspension bridges adorned with prayer flags and ascend steep trails while enjoying views of Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru. Namche is a bustling hub with shops, bakeries, and stunning mountain vistas.

Day 05 :

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Spend the day acclimatizing to the higher altitude. Explore Namche Bazaar, visit the local museum, or hike to nearby viewpoints like the Everest View Hotel for your first glimpse of Everest. This day helps prepare your body for the journey ahead.

Day 06 :

Trek from Namche Bazaar (3,440m) to Tengboche (3,860m)

This 5-6 hour trek leads you to Tengboche, home to a renowned Buddhist monastery. The trail offers breathtaking views of Ama Dablam, Everest, and Lhotse. Tengboche Monastery is a spiritual and scenic highlight of the trek.

Day 07 :

Trek from Tengboche (3,860m) to Dingboche (4,410m)

Hike for 5-6 hours to Dingboche, passing through rhododendron forests and charming villages. The trail gradually ascends, revealing expansive views of the Imja Valley and surrounding peaks. Dingboche is a tranquil village surrounded by stone walls protecting crops.

Day 08 :

Acclimatization Day in Dingboche (4,410m)

Spend another day acclimatizing at a higher altitude. Take a short hike to Nagarjun Hill or explore the local area. The hike provides stunning panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Makalu, and Island Peak while aiding in acclimatization.

Day 09 :

Trek from Dingboche (4,410m) to Lobuche (4,910m)

A 5-6 hour trek brings you to Lobuche. The trail takes you past the memorials at Thukla Pass, dedicated to climbers who lost their lives in the Himalayas. The rugged landscape and towering peaks grow more dramatic as you approach Lobuche.

Day 10 :

Trek from Lobuche (4,910m) to Gorakshep (5,140m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m)

One of the most anticipated days, this 5-6 hour trek leads to Everest Base Camp. Start by trekking to Gorakshep and then continue to the base camp, where you’ll witness the breathtaking Khumbu Glacier and icefall. After soaking in the experience, return to Gorakshep for the night.

Day 11 :

Trek from Gorakshep (5,140m) to Kala Patthar (5,555m) and Pheriche (4,240m)

Begin the day with a hike to Kala Patthar for the best views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse at sunrise. After enjoying the spectacular scenery, descend to Pheriche in 4-5 hours, a peaceful village nestled in the valley.

Day 12 :

Trek from Pheriche (4,240m) to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Retrace your steps on a 7-8 hour trek back to Namche Bazaar. The descent is faster, and you’ll revisit familiar landmarks while enjoying a fresh perspective on the stunning surroundings.

Day 13 :

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Chaurikharka (2,694m)

A 6-7 hour trek takes you downhill to Chaurikharka. The trail passes through dense forests and crosses the Dudh Koshi River multiple times, providing a mix of adventure and tranquility.

Day 14 :

Trek from Chaurikharka (2,694m) to Thamdanda (2,326m)

On this 4-5 hour trek, you make your way back to Thamdanda. The gentle descent offers a final chance to appreciate the lush landscapes and mountain views before the journey back to Kathmandu.

Day 15 :

Drive from Thamdanda (2,326m) to Kathmandu (1,400m)

A 13-14 hour drive brings you back to Kathmandu. Reflect on your incredible journey as you travel through the familiar countryside. Once in Kathmandu, enjoy some rest or celebrate your successful trek.

Day 16 :

Final Departure
