Day 01 :

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport and Transfer to Hotel

Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you can relax and recover from your journey. Later, you may choose to explore the bustling streets of Thamel, a popular tourist hub, or simply prepare for the adventure ahead. In the evening, there will be a briefing about the trek to ensure you are well-prepared. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02 :

Drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani (2300m)

Duration: 4 hours
The day begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal, a charming spot on the outskirts of the city. From Sundarijal, the trek starts with a steep ascent through dense forests of Shivapuri National Park. The trail passes through Tamang villages, terraced fields, and offers a chance to witness the daily lives of locals. Upon reaching Chisapani, you will be rewarded with stunning views of the Langtang and Ganesh Himal ranges. Overnight at a teahouse in Chisapani.

Day 03 :

Trek from Chisapani (2300m) to Kutumsang (2446m)

Duration: 7 hours
This is a long yet rewarding trekking day. The trail descends to Pati Bhanjyang before climbing again through forests and traditional settlements. You will pass through several villages, each showcasing unique cultural and architectural elements. As you continue towards Kutumsang, the scenery transitions to open meadows and ridge-top views. Arriving at Kutumsang, you’ll enjoy a peaceful evening in this quiet village. Overnight at a teahouse in Kutumsang.

Day 04 :

Trek from Kutumsang (2446m) to Thadepati (3650m)

Duration: 6 hours
Today’s trek is particularly scenic as you ascend to Thadepati, one of the highest points on the trek. The trail takes you through dense forests of rhododendron and pine, offering occasional glimpses of the snow-capped peaks. The final stretch is steep but immensely rewarding as you arrive at Thadepati, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Overnight at a teahouse in Thadepati.

Day 05 :

Trek from Thadepati (3650m) to Tarke Ghyang (2560m)

Duration: 6 hours
The trail descends steeply through beautiful forests of fir and rhododendron. As you progress, you’ll pass through traditional Sherpa villages, where you can witness their unique culture and lifestyle. Tarke Ghyang, also known as Helambu’s largest village, is famous for its ancient monasteries and stunning views. Spend the evening exploring the village and learning about the Sherpa way of life. Day 06 :

Trek from Tarke Ghyang (2560m) to Sermathang (2610m)

Duration: 3-4 hours
This day features a relatively short and easy trek. The trail is mostly flat and takes you through picturesque landscapes, including lush forests and small settlements. Sermathang is a charming village with a mix of Sherpa and other ethnic communities. Here, you can visit local monasteries and enjoy uninterrupted views of the Himalayas. Day 07 :

Trek from Sermathang (2610m) to Melamchi Bazaar (846m) and Drive to Kathmandu

Duration: 3-4 hours trek and 3 hours drive
On the final day of trekking, the trail descends gradually towards the Melamchi Bazaar. You’ll pass through terraced fields, small villages, and cross suspension bridges along the way. Upon reaching Melamchi Bazaar, you’ll board a vehicle for the drive back to Kathmandu. Once in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred to your hotel.
