Day 01 :

Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and Trek to Ulleri (2,050m)

The journey begins with a scenic 1-hour drive from Pokhara to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. From Nayapul, the trail gradually ascends through charming villages and terraced farmlands. Along the way, you’ll cross the Modi Khola River and pass through Tikhedhunga, a picturesque village surrounded by lush greenery. The trek then becomes more challenging as you climb the famous stone steps leading to Ulleri, a beautiful Magar village perched on the hillside. The climb is physically demanding but rewarding, offering glimpses of the surrounding valleys and distant mountain views. Upon reaching Ulleri, you’ll settle into a cozy teahouse for the night, enjoying the warm hospitality of the locals.

Day 02 :

Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,840m)

After a hearty breakfast, the trek resumes with a gradual ascent through enchanting rhododendron and oak forests. The trail is alive with the sounds of birds and offers plenty of opportunities to take in the natural beauty of the region. As you climb higher, you’ll pass small streams and rest stops where you can enjoy refreshing views of the surrounding hills. Reaching Ghorepani by mid-afternoon, you’ll be greeted by stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. This lively mountain village is a popular stop for trekkers, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Spend the evening relaxing at a teahouse, preparing for the early morning hike to Poonhill.

Day 03 :

Hike to Poonhill (3,210m), Trek to Hille, and Drive Back to Pokhara

The final day begins with an early morning hike to Poonhill, the highlight of the trek. Starting before dawn, you’ll ascend to the famous viewpoint to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas. As the golden light illuminates the snow-capped peaks of Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, and more, the panoramic views will leave you spellbound. After soaking in the breathtaking scenery and capturing photographs, you’ll descend back to Ghorepani for breakfast. From there, the trail continues downhill through lush forests and charming villages to Hille. After a well-deserved rest and lunch in Hille, a private vehicle will take you back to Pokhara, completing this unforgettable trek.
